This website (“Site”) is owned by Acquire Health, LLC (“Acquire Health,” “We,” or “Us”) and Acquire Health is the sole owner of information collected on this Site. Acquire Health is committed to maintaining user privacy on the Internet. This privacy policy  (the “Privacy Policy”) describes what kind of information Acquire Health collects, the manner of collection, and with whom Acquire Health shares such information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. This Privacy Policy is part of the Terms of Use for this Site.

By using the Site you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not use the Site or its products and/or services and exit the Site immediately. Information We Collect and How it is Collected

Some areas of this Site may ask you to submit personally identifiable information in order for you to benefit from the specified features or to participate in a particular activity. You will be informed about what information is required and what information is optional. Should you provide us with your email or mailing address, we may contact you about the Site or programs we believe may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please contact us at:

We strive to maintain the integrity of our Member community, so please ensure your information is accurate. You may access and modify your personal information by writing to us or calling us at:

Acquire Health, LLC
495 Grand Blvd, Suite 206
Miramar Beach, FL 32550

When you contact Acquire Health via email or other method of communication, we may retain that information in order to respond to your request and improve our services to you.

Certain other features such as "send this link to a friend," or any feature of substantially the same function, may also require us to collect personally identifiable information, such as the name and e-mail address of both the sender and the recipient.

As you navigate through this Site, certain anonymous information may be passively collected (that is, gathered without your actively providing the information) using various technologies, such as cookies, Internet tags or web beacons, and navigational data collection (log files, server logs, clickstream). Your Internet browser automatically transmits to this Site some of this anonymous information, such as the URL of the website you just came from and the Internet Protocol (IP) address and the browser version your computer is currently using. This Site may also collect anonymous information from your computer through cookies and Internet tags or web beacons, as further discussed below.

A “cookie” is standard Internet technology used to store and track visitor information. It is a bit of information that a website sends to your web browser that helps the Site remember information about you and your preferences.

You may set your browser to notify you when a cookie is sent or to refuse cookies altogether, but certain features of this Site might not work without cookies. This Site may use and combine such passively collected anonymous information to provide better service to Site visitors, customize the Site based on your preferences, compile and analyze statistics and trends, and otherwise administer and improve the Site for your use. Such information is not combined with personally identifiable information collected elsewhere on the Site unless you have consented.

Third Party Advertising Services: Acquire Health uses Internet advertising firms to deliver advertisements to you on the Site. These companies utilize certain technologies, including cookies, to deliver advertising and provide other services, as well as to collect anonymous information about your activities on the Site and other websites. If you would like more information about these practices or to opt out of having this information used by companies, please contact:

To learn more about cookies and how to specify your preferences, please search for “cookie” in the “Help” portion of your browser.

Internet Protocol (IP) Addresses.

This Site may use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider so you can access the Internet and is generally considered to be non-personally identifiable information, because in most cases an IP address is dynamic (changing each time you connect to the internet), rather than static (unique to a particular user’s computer). The IP address can be used to diagnose problems with a server, report aggregate information, determine the fastest route for your computer to use in connecting to the Site, and administer and improve the Site.

“Internet Tags”.

Also known as single-pixel GIFs, clear GIFs, invisible GIFs, or 1-by-1 GIFs, “Internet Tags” are smaller than cookies and tell the website server information such as the IP address and browser type related to your computer or device. Tags may be placed both on online advertisements that bring people to the Site and on different pages of the Site. Such tags indicate how many times a page is opened and which information is consulted. “Navigational data” (log files, server logs, and clickstream data) are used for system management, to improve the content of the Site, market research purposes, and to communicate information to visitors.

Demographic Information

The Site relies upon data from GOOGLE Analytics Demographic and Interest reporting. This feature permits Acquire Health to view demographic information as well as other information aggregated from visitors to the Site. This data does not include personally identifying information.

Use of Your information

When you are using the Site through a mobile device or browser, you may permit the Site to access your location. If so, the Site will collect and store such location data.

To ensure our offers match your needs, we may provide third parties with aggregate, non-personal statistics about our Members, traffic patterns, and related Site information. This data reflects Site usage patterns gathered from Member visits to our Site each month but does not contain, personal, or identifying information about any individual Member, unless that Member has given us permission to share that information.

Information Received From Pharmacy Benefit Managers.
Acquire will not use personally identifiable information including your name and date of birth. We may retain the non-personally identifiable transaction information we receive for analysis.

Legal Process.
We may share personal information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

Information about your activities on our Site and other non-personally identifiable information about you may be used to limit the online ads you encounter to those we believe are consistent with your interests.

Retention of Your Information

Acquire Health will retain information we collect from you indefinitely. If you would like your information deleted, you may notify us at
